Pre-Order Policy
Pre-order payments will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received. We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on T-shirts, journals, or any other items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
